WoT Founder Keary Ann Bixby

Since 2023, I have opened, operated, and sold small businesses in Los Angeles and coached others in building their own successful businesses. However, it wasn't until these last few years that I started questioning how I operated as a woman amongst my many male counterparts.

My colleagues and closest friends regularly ask the same thing: Why can't we avoid burnout, and why is it so hard to be balanced and present in our personal lives and thrive in our business? Here's the thing: I believe we have been trying to operate in this new era with outdated rules and models—all of which were learned from older male paradigms—and this no longer serves us!

My mission is to support others in breaking down the old business and life models brick by brick and then beginning to lay a new foundation. These new principles must work smarter and better for you and your intricate lives of caregiving, household duties, raising children, and the 800 other things on your to-do list. I want to help you overcome overwhelm and operate with grace, ease, and stability.
