What Does Your Body Need?

Sculpt - Pilates

This reformer Pilates class uses contemporary reformer exercises and modern training methods. We’ll focus on specific muscle groups and total body exercises to create strength, balance, and alignment.

Foundation - Pilates

Foundation Pilates is perfect for beginner or anyone seeking a more gentle and mindful movement experience. Focusing on proper alignment and your body's needs, this class will get you ready for our signature sculpt classe.

ReSTORE - Pilates

Meditative breath work, therapeutic movement, and gentle stretching on the reformer allow a full release of both mind and body. We need movement, we need muscle, and we absolutely need release.

WORLD OF THRIVE

WORLD OF THRIVE

Thanks for popping by!

Over the past two decades, I’ve been a part of many small businesses in Los Angeles, primarily in the wellness industry. My experiences revealed a common thread among clients and students, often discussing tools for emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being that were needed alongside their movement sessions. This inspired my passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of work and life outside of studio environments.

These past few years, I’ve enjoyed coaching individuals in small business and corporate settings but missed the connection and community that comes from running a physical studio. So, I’ve integrated a Pilates studio into World of Thrive, where I can now teach and connect with clients. I aim to create a space for renewed vision and alignment, and I'm excited to guide anyone ready to pursue greater balance and joy.

~ Kait Noble

“Many Pilates teacher trainers will give you the “what’s” (name of exercise, equipment setup, and very basic anatomy).  Keary teaches you the why’s and the how’s, giving you the ability to educate students with a higher level of passion, confidence, and knowledge. Instead of presenting you with a set of black and white rules to operate from she will prepare you to work with a variety of injuries and body types with tools and intelligence.”

~ Diana Biehl

“Not only does Keary have ample knowledge about the anatomical movements of Pilates, but she possesses a passion for helping others learn about and experience the overall benefits of a movement method that she loves.”
